KEY OBJECTIVES Cash-flow Management: To ensure cash flow reports are completed on a daily basis and circularised.Accounting: Updating of MYOB accounting records on a daily basis. Regular reconciling of accounts. RESPONSIBILITIES To ensure cash flow reports are completed on a daily basis and circularised.Accounting: Updating of MYOB accounting records on a daily basis. Regular reconciling of applicable accounts.Payments cycle: Processing approved invoices into MYOB, preparing payment batches at correct intervals with appropriate use of electronic banking.Receipts cycle: An awareness of the primary receipts coming in for the sale of property and the subsequent actions this triggers off.Payroll cycle: Preparation of payroll using MYOB payroll package. SYSTEMS Microscoft Excel, Word and Outlook. MYOB. BNZ banking. Computer literacy and strong spread sheeting skills are essential. Training will be provided for the Blue Ray software package (Group's in house property management software). QUALIFICATIONS Ideally qualified but not essential. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE 3+ years financial experience. Exposure to finance, accounting, law and /or sales experience an advantage. OTHER SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES Verbal and written communication skills. Deliver in a high pressure environment and to strict deadlines. Quick learner and adaptable in a changing environment. Team player
