You will report to the Water and Drainage Manager. As Construction Supervisor your responsibilities will include. Day to day management of construction within the water and drainage department. Maintenance and security of plan. Maintenance of all vehicles under their control. Supervising sub-contractors and staff on site. Ensuring construction is completed on time and to quality and at a profit.Ensuring construction workers are adequately resourced. Resourcing and hiring additional plant for construction work if requested. Ensuring the sites comply with the HSiE Act and are safe. Complying with the organisation's Quality Assurance System. Filling out the daily diary for all work.Plant service list requirements. Signing plant hire dockets. Signing of time sheets. Other duties as may be required within the organisation. We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience. Secondary level education. Practical experience in the industry. Staff Management Skills. Class 1 and HT License (preferably with W, T, & R endorsements) To become a valued member of our client's organisation we are looking for candidates with the following attributes and qualities.
