Due to continued business growth and enhancement to products our client a leading international software house needs to strengthen its team of Technical Writers. They are looking for someone with a previous technical background as well as a flawless command of English (written and verbal). Preferably with some Health Sector experience. In this position, the successful applicant will take responsibility for: Creating user manuals and implementation guides for a variety of software applications Ensure that documentation policy, processes and standards exist and are consistent Collation of subject matter for designing and writing on-line and hardcopy documents Reviewing, re-formatting and revising existing documents Creating tutorial documentation You will need to have experience in writing clear, concise, user-friendly documentation for systems using on-line and hard copy media and have written system documentation for a technical audience. The successful applicant will possess: Experience in technical writing and developing online training material Solid research and communication skills Some project management skills with exceptional attention to detail Strong problem solving and analysis.
