This position offers a variety of duties including design and build, altering plans and drawing up client's own plans. You will be required to have a strong knowledge of Residential Draughting in New Zealand, as there is a need to liaise with the Sales People, Estimators and Clients so you will need to posses excellent communication skills. You will have strong ArchiCAD and Excel skills and be dedicated to giving top results.
