As a result they have built a network of clients and licensees throughout New Zealand. This is a senior position - integral to the success of the organisation! You will be responsible for providing expert advice in all aspects surrounding property investment and finance structuring, including accounting and legal issues. Working alongside licensees you will assist them in all facets of business planning and development, providing mentoring and coaching as required. There will be a requirement to conduct financial investment seminars, and some out of town travel will be necessary. Commercially aware, you'll have proven sales skills and an ability to build strong relationships, internally and externally. Tertiary qualified (either B Com or LLB) you have a minimum of 3 years experience in the legal, or accounting professions. Computer literacy and strong spread-sheeting skills are essential, an entrepreneurial and 'make it happen' attitude is also a must.
