We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who is exceptionally adaptable and multi-skilled in order to produce effective solutions. In addition you will need to apply system capacity to determine the feasibility of projects, while keeping abreast of new technological advances. Responsibilities: ·Collation and transmission of business requirements of the project, analysis into functional specifications. Designing and executing test plans to ensure the desired functional specifications are fulfilled. ·Understanding the long term business objectives, suggesting technical strategies to meet these objectives. ·Partnering with clients to formulate the business specifications, translating these into application functionality arriving at a mutually acceptable solution. ·Documentation of the workflows and results of the business analysis to obtaining the sign-off from client on specifications. ·Assisting the Technical team in the translation and application functionality of specifications into application architecture and the production of a System Functionality Document. ·Designing and executing test plans. To ensure Communication of the business directives to the technical team, while serving as the client interface from IST managing user expectations. Required Competencies are: · 3+ years of project implementation experience as a consultant. · Application of structured implementation methodology · Defining business requirements and completing GAP analysis · Collation and translation of business requirements into functional specifications · Effective written communication skills to provide technical information to non-technical and technical audiences
