Exciting opportunities with a market leader in the Health Sector Our client is growing faster than ever with their world-leading primary care software product, It is increasing its dominance in the New Zealand market on a daily basis. As a result they need additional staff. These Auckland-based roles require energetic and resilient people who are capable of handling and working in a high-pressure environment. The roles involve a mix of working on clients busy help-desk answering calls as well as training clients on how to use the software. This product is a highly sophisticated software application and the healthcare market is complex, which means that support in this environment is at a much higher level than many regular help-desk roles entail. Ideally, you will have technical computer experience and/or qualifications. In addition, experience in the healthcare sector would be highly valued. The roles require regular travel around New Zealand.
