You will be a highly skilled Technical documentation, presales, RFP, technical support, bid preparation.Preferably experience in Retail Petroleum Automation Sector with 4 plus years experience as a technical writing. DIMENSIONS OF POSITION & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • To generate documentation for all new products which includes but is not limited to; user guides, reference, installation, training and servicing manuals. • Maintain existing documentation which may require modification to reflect enhanced features, new software releases, and other changes. • Ensure all sales and marketing documentation (RFP’s, RFI’s white papers) & conform to branding requirements. • Create clear concise diagrams for both power point and documents. • Manage printing requirements (generally very low runs and infrequent). • Update the website with new information such as product information. MANDATORY EXPERIENCE: Strong documentation and technical writing skills, 4+ years experience of working in a payments technical environment providing pre-sale technical support, bid preparation. You must have the ability to assimilate technical information, excellent written, verbal, presentation and, communication skills. Preference will be experience in Retail Petroleum Automation Sector and 4 plus years experience as a technical writing. You will be highly skilled in the above disciplines, excellent written, verbal and communication skills, strong internal customer-orientated delivery focus and strong work ethic. You will have a proven and enviable track record in a similar environment, including hands on technical capabilities, with the ability to ‘hit the ground running’, without requiring training.
