Our client is seeking to appoint a Chief Financial Officer to join their management team to oversee the rapid growth of company financial operations in domestic and multiple overseas markets. The company is also planning an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2-3 years, and the successful applicant for this position will have extensive involvement in this process. To be considered for this position you must have demonstrated the ability to: Work with senior management to review strategic initiatives Be responsible for generation of all group and individual company financial accounts, including ensuring compliance with multiple international tax jurisdictions Communicate effectively with all parts of the company, including management, marketing, software development and sales. Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management Provide quality financial analysis to assist the management in business decision-making Develop financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency and data integrity Identify opportunities for improvement and support projects to deliver efficiencies Required competencies: Relevant tertiary qualifications Communication, people management, and relationship-building skills
