(Production) Our client is a progressive, rapidly expanding New Zealand-owned Company and a world leader in the development of high-performance crystal and oscillator electronic components. They are seeking Electrical and Electronic Equipment Assemblers for manufacture of crystals to customer specifications using standard procedures and to assemble and test quartz crystal oscillators. Duties will include: - Assembling and installing components, units, and printed circuit boards, following specifications and using hand tools and power tools. - Assisting with planning and review of work activities and to resolve production problems. - Reading and interpreting of schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and reports to determine materials requirements and assembly instructions. - Testing of wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits for resistance factors and operational defects, and records results. - Fabrication and forming of parts, coils, and structures according to specifications, using drill, callipers, cutters, and saws. Requirements: Minimum School Certificate with Mathematics and experience with working on small electrical components.
