Our client is a progressive, rapidly expanding New Zealand-owned Company and a world leader in the development of high-performance crystal and oscillator electronic components. They are seeking an Electronics Engineer to join their team to innovate the design and testing of quartz crystal oscillators and to provide electronic engineering expertise to keep current models in production. Responsibilities include planning and executing the design of oscillators and oscillator test equipment, designing & implementing test methodologies required for new products & specifications, providing expert assistance to solve customer, production and design problems, to support development of software for test equipment and to act as a mentor for Junior Engineers. Further duties will be to assist in the writing of procedures relating to the engineering and new product development process and to provide & approve project related engineering documentation as required. Requirements: BE degree in Electronic Engineering or a Science degree, minimum 6 years analogue electronics design work, RF design, PCB design and Test equipment design.
